What kinds of documents can DocsAura generate?

Anything where the writing is the easy part and the formatting is the slow part.

Does DocsAura accept PDF or DOCX files as input?

Yes. Upload a PDF or DOCX and DocsAura extracts the text, combines it with your prompt, and generates a branded version. The free tier caps input at 10,000 characters; signed-in users can paste up to ~60,000 characters.

How is this different from ChatGPT or a generic AI writer?

ChatGPT gives you plain text. DocsAura gives you a finished, designed HTML document with sections, typography, colors, and branding — ready to export as PDF or share as a link. It is purpose-built for outputs a paying client will see, not drafts you have to reformat.

Can I export documents to PDF?

Yes. Every document can be exported to PDF directly from the editor. You can also share it as a public or password-protected link.

Is my data private?

Yes. Prompts and generated documents are stored only to serve the link you share; we do not use your content to train models. Password-protected documents use PBKDF2 (100,000 iterations) and are gated behind short-lived session tokens.

How much does it cost?

There is a free tier you can try without signing up. Paid plans add more generations, brand control, and team features. Extra-usage credit packs are available as one-off top-ups.

Can I use my own branding and fonts?

Yes. Paid workspaces can set brand colors, fonts, and a logo — DocsAura applies them to every generated document automatically.

Does DocsAura replace a designer?

For day-to-day client documents — proposals, status updates, case studies, meeting recaps — yes, in most cases. For highly bespoke deliverables like pitch decks and brand guidelines, a designer still wins. DocsAura frees up designer time for the work only a designer can do.
