DocsAura is operated by Spectrum Flare sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland (hereinafter "we", "us", or "the Company"). By using DocsAura you agree to these Terms.
DocsAura is an AI-powered document generation platform. You provide input (text, voice notes, images, screenshots) and the Service generates professional HTML documents. Documents can be edited, exported, and shared via unique links.
You may create an account to access paid features. Each account belongs to a workspace. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you upload and the documents generated from it. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
To deliver the Service we share data with the following third-party providers:
Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We select providers that maintain appropriate security standards but are not liable for their independent actions.

The DocsAura platform, brand, templates, and UI are owned by Spectrum Flare sp. z o.o. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our platform without permission.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated documents will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing all output before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.
The Company's total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the amount you paid for your subscription in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 USD.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may bring proceedings before the competent court in Poznań, Poland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
